I've been looking for some inspiration for my party and Baya's. We're having a small tea party for Baya's 2nd birthday next Wednesday, just a few of her little friends. Pass the parcel and some dancing! And we've hired a hall for my birthday a week on Saturday - I need some ideas for cheap or homemade decorations please! We're going to buy some helium so I can put balloons up.... but what else??!
