review // bird in a tree creations

i was lucky enough to receive a parcel of handmade soaps from the lovely kelly. she is a stay at home mom of 2 girls who loves to create, tinker and make things, and blogs over at bird in a tree creations.

combining her love of collecting crystals and soap making, she came up with these handmade soaps with a clear quartz energy core. they are made from olive oil and avocado soap base, and when you are finished using it you have a crystal with which you can meditate!

the soaps i received smelt sooo good - as soon as i picked up the boxes the aroma started wafting up to my nose - and i am a huge lover of almond, so the almond biscotti soap actually made my mouth water! the girls and i have all tried out the soaps - and i think it's safe to say they were a hit! not only do they smell delicious but they left my hands feeling super soft. we've been washing our hands more than usual so that we can get the crystal that's hidden in the middle ;)

if you're looking for a unique gift or even just a treat for yourself - i'd recommend checking out kelly's shop.

she also sent me some sweet fairy soaps she had made - almost too cute to use!

while i received these goods for free, i wasn't paid for this review and all opinions are 100% my own :)
