gratitude


Instead of focusing on what we don't have, on what we wish we did have.

Focus instead on what we already have.

On all the good in our life.

Our loved ones, family and friends.

Be grateful for having a home,

for being safe

for having food to eat

and clothes to wear.

Be thankful for the opportunities you have.

Make the most of every single day,

give thanks for the life you have, 

instead of grieving for the life you wish you had.
